"Class
I.Q., the predecessor company to Solstice, began to work
with the DIF when it applied to present at the 2000 Early
Stage East event. From that point forward, the DIF worked
closely with founders to help them prepare for the first
round of institutional funding and then continued, once that
was in place, to further assist them by finding candidates
to expand the senior management team, a key requirement for
the next stage of growth. The DIF has continued to work
closely with us, creating entrees to the larger venture
capital firms that were to form the basis of the next round
of funding."
